Georgia law now requires each school district to prepare and practice intruder drills yearly in the event of an incident. Seminole County Schools will conduct these drills at all schools on September 18, 2026 in conjunction with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department. The safety and welfare of our students, teachers, and staff are high priorities in the Seminole County School District. If you have questions about the intruder drills, please contact the district safety coordinator, Dr. Marie Godwin.
