Christian Albritton, a 10th-grade student at SCHS, has been selected as an ambassador for the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) summer seminar. HOBY is a non-profit organization that was established in 1958 with the aim of inspiring and developing a global community of youth who are dedicated to leadership, service, and innovation. The vision of HOBY is to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference through understanding and action based on effective and compassionate leadership.
Christian will attend the three-day seminar this summer at Middle Georgia State University in Cochran along with students from all over the state. This is a great achievement, and we are very proud of Christian!
