The Seminole County Elementary School began a chapter in the National Elementary Honor Society in 2010.  Each fall, new members are inducted in an impressive formal ceremony.  In order to be considered for membership, students must show good leadership skills, good citizenship, and demonstrate academic excellence with an 85 or above average in every subject.   The membership is an achievement worth striving for in education.
